1. About Us paints2prints is a UK-based online retailer specialising in premium custom canvas art prints. Our store is operated by paints2prints and our website is paints2prints.co.uk.
2. Acceptance of Terms By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service.
3. Products All canvas art prints are made to order and printed on demand. As each item is produced specifically for you, please review your order carefully before confirming. Product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration.
4. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice.
5. Orders & Cancellations Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, production begins promptly. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at paints2prints@hotmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
6. Shipping We ship to the UK and European Union. Estimated delivery times are:
- UK: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- EU: 5–10 business days after dispatch
All orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of being placed. EU orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Returns & Refunds We offer a 14-day return policy. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at paints2prints@hotmail.com within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund. As products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
8. Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content on paints2prints.co.uk are the property of paints2prints and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, paints2prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
10. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
